Mimosa Slushies, 3 Ways

Ingredients

Strawberry Kiwi Slush

  • 3.5 fl oz V8 +Energy® Sparkling Strawberry Kiwi
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 8 oz frozen strawberries, plus 2 sliced for garnish
  • 4 oz frozen kiwi fruit, plus slices for garnish
  • 3.5 fl oz sparkling wine

Blueberry Acai Slush

  • 3.5 fl oz V8 +HYDRATE® Blueberry Acai
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 12 oz frozen blueberries,
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 3.5 fl oz sparkling wine
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Peach Mango Slush

  • 3.5 fl oz V8 +Energy® Peach Mango
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 6 oz frozen peach, peeled
  • 6 oz frozen mango
  • 3.5 fl oz sparkling wine
  • Mango and/or peach slices for garnish

Steps

Strawberry Kiwi Slush

  1. Put the V8 +Energy Sparkling Strawberry Kiwi and sugar in a small pan and heat just until the sugar has dissolved, then set aside. Once cooled add to a blender with all the other ingredients and blend until thick and slushy like. Pour into two glasses and serve right away with a straw and a strawberry and kiwi garnish on top.

Blueberry Acai Slush

  1. Put the V8 +HYDRATE Blueberry Acai and sugar in a small pan and heat just until the sugar has dissolved, then set aside. Once cooled add to a blender with all the other ingredients and blend until thick and slushy like. Pour into two glasses and serve right away with a straw, a lemon wheel and some blueberries on top.

Peach Mango Slush

  1. Put the V8 +Energy Peach Mango and sugar in a small pan and heat just until the sugar has dissolved, then set aside. Once cooled add to a blender with all the other ingredients and blend until thick and slushy like. Pour into two glasses and serve right away with a straw and some mango/peach slices.
