Ingredients
Ginger Mango Rum Cocktail
- 8 fl oz rum
- 1/2 cup peeled and sliced ginger
- 1 cup fresh sliced mango
- V8 +Energy® Sparkling Orange Pineapple
Blueberry Strawberry Vodka Cocktail
- 8 fl oz vodka
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- V8 +Energy® Pomegranate Blueberry
Lemon Mint Gin Cocktail
- 8 fl oz gin
- ½ lemon, sliced
- Few sprigs mint
- V8 +HYDRATE® Strawberry Cucumber
Steps
Ginger Mango Rum Cocktail
- Pour the rum into a jar, then add the ginger and mango pieces. In a separate jar put the vodka, blueberries and strawberries, and in a third jar the gin, lemon and mint. Seal with a lid and leave to infuse for 24 hours.
- When ready to serve measure out 1.5 fl oz of the infused gin and pour into a tall glass filled with plenty of ice. Top up with 5 fl oz V8 +Energy Sparkling Orange Pineapple.
Blueberry Strawberry Vodka Cocktail
- Pour the vodka into a jar and add the blueberries and strawberries. Seal with a lid and leave to infuse for 24 hours.
- To make the vodka cocktail measure out 1.5 fl oz of the infused vodka and pour into a tall glass filled with plenty of ice. Top up with 5 fl oz V8 +Energy Pomegranate Blueberry and garnish with a cocktail stick threaded with blueberries.
Lemon Mint Gin Cocktail
- Add the lemon and mint to a jar and pour over gin. Seal with a lid and leave to infuse for 24 hours.
- To make the gin cocktail measure out 1.5 fl oz of the infused gin and pour into a tall glass filled with plenty of ice. Top up with 5 fl oz V8 +HYDRATE Strawberry Cucumber and garnish with a sprig of mint.
