Ingredients

Michelada Ice Pops

  • 3/4 cup V8® Original
  • Sliced jalapeno peppers
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Few drops of hot sauce
  • 2x 12 fl oz glasses ice cold beer

Strawberry Prosecco Ice Pops

  • 3/4 cup V8 +HYDRATE® Strawberry Cucumber
  • Handful fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Few ribbons cucumber (optional)
  • 2x 12 fl oz ice cold Prosecco

Peach Mango Prosecco Pops

  • 3/4 cup V8 +Energy® Peach Mango
  • Handful peach slices
  • Few pieces chopped mango
  • 2x 12 fl oz ice cold white wine

Steps

Michelada Ice Pops

  1. Make the Micheladas pops by dividing the V8 Original between two ice lolly moulds- don't fill right the way to the top. Divide the sliced jalapenos, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce between the two moulds, making sure they are evenly mixed and the jalapenos don’t all float to the top. When frozen, remove from mold and serve in ice cold beer, stirring to melt.

Strawberry Prosecco Ice Pops

  1. Divide the V8 +HYDRATE Strawberry Cucumber between two ice pop molds. Add the strawberries and cucumber if using and transfer to the freezer to set for a minimum of 8 hours. When frozen, remove from mold and serve in prosecco, stirring to melt.

Peach Mango Prosecco Pops

  1. Divide the V8 +Energy Peach Mango between two ice pop molds. Add the mango and peach slices and transfer to the freezer to set for a minimum of 8 hours. When frozen, remove from mold and serve in ice cold white wine.
