- 2.5 fl oz V8® Low Sodium (or V8 Original)
- 8 oz strawberries, hulled
- 1.5 fl oz gin
- 1.5 fl oz vermouth
- 2 cherry tomatoes, on the vine
- Basil leaves
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake to chill. Strain into two cocktail glasses and garnish each glass with a cherry tomato and basil sprig.
