• 2.5 fl oz V8® Low Sodium (or V8 Original)
  • 8 oz strawberries, hulled
  • 1.5 fl oz gin
  • 1.5 fl oz vermouth
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, on the vine
  • Basil leaves


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake to chill. Strain into two cocktail glasses and garnish each glass with a cherry tomato and basil sprig.
