• 1 small watermelon (approx 4-5 lbs)
  • 5 fl oz V8 +HYDRATE® Blueberry Acai
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3.5 fl oz tequila
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves


  1. Cut the watermelon in half across the middle. Use a melon baller to make 24 balls of watermelon and set them aside for later. Scoop out the remaining flesh and place in a food processor. Pulse until the flesh has turned to liquid, then use a sieve to strain the seeds out. Pour 10 fl oz of the juice into a jug and add the V8 +HYDRATE Blueberry Acai, sugar, tequila and lime juice and stir until everything is incorporated and the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Divide the mix between the two empty watermelon shells, then top up with ice and the watermelon balls. Garnish with some mint leaves and ladle into cups to serve.
