• 4 portobello mushrooms, cleaned with stems & gills removed
  • 1 (16-ounce) Marketside Spinach & Artichoke Dip
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon the dip into the mushroom caps.
  4. Place on the sheet tray. Season with black pepper.
  5. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown.
