• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 (17.3-ounce) box Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Frozen Sheets Pastry Dough, thawed
  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel President Brie soft ripened cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Great Value Apricot Preserves
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced
  • 1 red Anjou pear, sliced
  • 1 green pear, sliced
  • 1 (4-ounce) bag Great Value Chopped Pecans
  • 1 box Great Value Entertainment Crackers

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Flour a clean, flat work surface. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry to a 10 by 10-inch square. Place the Brie in the center of the square and fold the flaps of pastry over the Brie, trimming any excess.
  3. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg. Place the pastry-wrapped brie onto the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down and then brush the top and sides with egg.
  4. Use a leaf-shaped cookie cutter to cut out 2 to 3 leaves from the remaining sheet of pastry.
  5. Place the decorative pastry leaves on the top of the brie. Brush with egg.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the pastry dough is puffed and golden. Remove from the oven.
  7. Using a spatula, carefully remove the Brie and place onto a serving platter.
  8. Serve with apricot preserves, chopped pecans, fresh slices of apple or pear and crackers. Cut with a sharp knife and enjoy while warm.
