Vietnamese Egg Coffee

For coffee that is extra rich and frothy, do what you'd do with any good breakfast and put an egg in it. Georgia Hine

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk
  • Vietnamese coffee powder (if not, regular coffee powder)

Steps

  1. Brew a cup of Vietnamese coffee.
  2. Separate an egg and discard the white.
  3. Place the yolk and condensed milk in a bowl and whisk until frothy.
  4. Add a small amount of coffee and whisk in.
  5. To assemble, pour your brewed coffee into a mug, followed by the egg mix.
