Cookies and Cream Waffle Pops


  • 1 recipe waffle batter
  • 1 cup crushed oreos + extra for topping
  • dark chocolate, melted


  1. Combine 1 cup crushed oreos with the waffle batter.
  2. Spoon about ¾ cup batter into each waffle section. Close the iron and cook for 6-8 minutes, until they are golden brown. Transfer to a plate, or a cooling rack, and repeat with the remaining batter.
  3. Stick a skewer into each waffle. Drizzle dark chocolate on top, sprinkle on more oreos and enjoy!
