Ingredients
- 3 cups cider
- 6 tablespoons agar-agar
- 1/2 watermelon
- Kiwi
- Yellow peach
- Dragon fruit
Steps
- Using a melon baller to scoop out spheres from all the fruit.
- Place fruit balls inside empty watermelon.
- In a saucepan, add the cider and agar-agar. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Remove any bubbles from the jelly mixture, then pour it into the watermelon.
- Chill in the fridge until firm.
