• 3 cups cider
  • 6 tablespoons agar-agar
  • 1/2 watermelon
  • Kiwi
  • Yellow peach
  • Dragon fruit


  1. Using a melon baller to scoop out spheres from all the fruit.
  2. Place fruit balls inside empty watermelon.
  3. In a saucepan, add the cider and agar-agar. Stir and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove any bubbles from the jelly mixture, then pour it into the watermelon.
  5. Chill in the fridge until firm.
