Turn any glass of water into a party of flavors with fruity and refreshing easy-to-make ice cubes.

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup lemon lime soda
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (not cream)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup honeydew melon, cut into cubes

  2. Combine the coconut milk and water. Pour on top of the watermelon ice cubes, filling the remaining space half way. Return to the freezer until frozen, about 1 hour.
  3. Place the honeydew melon and water in a blender and pulse until smooth. Fill the ice cube tray the remainder of the way full, return to the freezer and freeze until frozen, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Serve with soda or sparkling water for a light, fruity drink!
