- You guys, today I am trying out some really weird kitchen gadgets. I've never done a video like this before, but I know a lot of them exist on the Internet. So I'm just gonna level up by saying these are the weirdest kitchen gadgets I have ever flipping seen. So the first one that I got to test out are muffin top muffin bakers. Look, they got denim on them. And then the idea is that the muffin goes kinda up and over. Oh, I just love them. How accurate to life. And also denim is really in right now. Oh, I love it. Oh, there's a little bum. What a time to be alive. Okay, let's read the instructions here, because I want this to be a proper test. So we're gonna go based on the manufacturer. Lightly oil each baking cup. Okay, light. Spread out baking cups evenly on the surface of a cookie sheet. All right, line 'em up, boys. Pour batter up to fill line, about a quarter cup. Do not overfill. Okay, yeah, I get that. Okay, so I made some bran muffin mix, and I'm just gonna pour it in. Let's fill up those pants so they thick. Love a little junk in the trunk. Okay, these are now gonna bake until they are cooked. I'm gonna do mine for 15 minutes, but however long your muffin mix takes to bake. Okay, so the muffins, the muffins were a two-part process, because the fill line is not enough. I didn't get muffin tops the first time. I got these weird things. And then you pop them out and they look really weird. It could've been my mix though, because I could imagine if you had more rising agent, when you popped it in it would go. On that note, I may be overcompensated on these ones. I think that's great. I think that's adorable. I think it looks weird AF when you pop it out of this thing. So I think this is really cute. A little bit finicky in terms of filling it, but overall it worked, and it's adorable, and I just wanna kiss a little bum. But I won't, 'cause it's weird. On to the next one. Cucumball? That's really the best name you could come up with? This is supposedly gonna slice our cucumber. All right, so it says for best results, use firm, straight zucchinis or cucumbers. A lot of this is in German. So what is it? So screw faces you? In Russia, face screws you. Here we go. Oh, it feels wrong. Is this going? Oh, what? You guys, my salads are gonna be epic. Can you imagine if waiters came around. Sir, would you like a little cucumber on your pasta? Let me just. Firm and consistent pressure. You guys, this works. I can't think right off the top of my head of a circumstance in which I would use this, except that I just want to cover the whole thing in ranch. I say this is a buy. I don't actually know the use for it, but hey, it's fun and we're talking about it. That's step number one. All right, for this one, you need some cookie dough that has been rolled out, placed on a parchment sheet and a baking sheet. This one is called Bizcut. Could be Bizcuit, but they forgot the I. Or they purposefully left it out, because it is a cookie cutter. Making your life easy one Bizcut at a time. Okay, there she is. Looks like an Oreo. I like it, that's fun. Oh, it's like a fidget spinner. Oh my goodness, that is fun. Here we go, one more. Here, nice and fast. It's the little things in life. Okay, so now I'm gonna pop it in the oven, and then we'll see how enjoyable they are to break apart. All right, so our cookies have baked and are now cooled. Do I karate chop it? Does that make the most sense? Here we go, one, two, three. Oh, oh it worked really well. Awesome. Oh, look at that. Oh my gosh, for crackers. Shortbread. You can make little, little sticks. You can make triangles. Karate chop. Oh, shit. Oh, everything cracked on the lines. I think this is a great purchase. This is the one that I thought was the lamest, and I think it's at least 50% lame. Still wouldn't buy it if I wasn't doing this show, but I like it. All right, for this next one, I grabbed this whale strainer. Supposedly it's gonna be easier than grabbing a colander. So unwrap. So I have got some cooked pasta shells in here. And I'm using a bowl, a nice clear bowl, so you can see how many pasta shells get through. Oh, I like that. Oh, I like it's got a little indent for where the pot goes so they kinda like sink in together. My only thing is that the handle's not very long, so to really grab it and also hold it for the water going through and the pressure, I had to my finger right here. And then it was right in the way of the boiling water. So that's my only beef. I don't think this handle is long enough. But overall, I'd grab this over a colander any day. On to the next one. All right, my zombie guy is frozen, and the directions say push the legs for a bone-chilling treat. So I guess we gotta get the brain off here. What do they mean push the legs? I'm pushing the goddamn legs out, the feet from underneath. You need to be more clear on the instructions. Oh, I'm gonna get a hernia. Yes, oh so satisfying. See, now I can push the legs, and it's very easy. Yes, I see how that works. Mm, oh, I like this. You guys, I don't think this is better than just your regular old popsicle mold. I guess the silicon aspect of it is nice. This is fun too. It depends how highly you weigh this on the scale of is it important to you or not. Thank you guys so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you guys have weird gadgets at home that you want us to test, or you've heard of them before, let us know down in the comments. And I will see you next time.
