• 4 1/2 cups white chocolate
  • 17 ounces dulce de leche
  • 1/2 (14-ounce) package Oreos, crushed


  1. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with plastic wrap.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
  3. Pour one-third of the chocolate on the baking sheet.
  4. Use an offset spatula to smooth out, then place baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add half the dulce de leche, and smooth out with the spatula.
  6. Add another layer of white chocolate followed by half the crushed Oreos.
  7. Freeze again for another 10 minutes.
  8. Add another layer of dulce de leche, white chocolate and Oreos.
  9. Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
  10. Cut and serve.
