White Chocolate Pistachio Butter

Nutella is so 2016. With a new year comes a new favorite chocolatey nut spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted, roasted pistachios
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend, scraping the sides occasionally, until very creamy and spreadable, about 10 minutes. Yields a little more than 1/2 cup.
