- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1 1/8 cups white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon whiskey
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Melt the butter with the cream, then set aside.
- In a bain-marie, melt the white chocolate.
- Remove from heat and combine with the cream and butter mixture.
- Add the walnuts, almonds and whiskey. Mix well, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Make into balls, coat in powdered sugar, and serve.
