White Chocolate Truffles

You'll go nuts for this yummy almond and walnut candy.


  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1 1/8 cups white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon whiskey
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar


  1. Melt the butter with the cream, then set aside.
  2. In a bain-marie, melt the white chocolate.
  3. Remove from heat and combine with the cream and butter mixture.
  4. Add the walnuts, almonds and whiskey. Mix well, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
  5. Make into balls, coat in powdered sugar, and serve.
