Ingredients

  • Baby Package
  • Baby food squeeze pouches
  • Infant Formulas
  • Infant snacks
  • Rice or oat instant cereal

Steps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup Vegetable stock
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • Optional: 1/2 an onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Steps

  1. Cook rice using package directions.
  2. Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot and cook onions and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down and let simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Serve on rice

Ingredients

  • 1 package Udon Noodles or rice noodles
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup Teryaki Sauce
  • 6 Dried Mushrooms or 1 can Mushrooms
  • 4 slices Canned Ham
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Optional: 1 carrot, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of Ginger, minced
  • 2 Green Onions, finely sliced

Steps

  1. Rehydrate the mushrooms in hot water for 7 minutes. Remove stems and slice.
  2. In a large pot, heat up stock and water. Add mushrooms, Teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger and half the green onion and let boil 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime heat up a skillet with vegetable oil and slice the canned ham into 1/2 inch slices. Sear each side until golden. To serve place soup in bowl and top with seared ham and the remaining green onion.
