Wreath Pizza With Baby Greens and Prosciutto

Who knew a holiday wreath could taste so savory and delicious?


  • 1 premade pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 3 tablespoons shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 25 grams prosciutto
  • 10 grams baby greens
  • 1 yellow bell pepper


  1. Cut out bell pepper with star-shaped cookie cutters.
  2. Slice prosciutto slices in two and roll them up to make them look like roses.
  3. Cut out the center of the pizza crust.
  4. Spread crust with pesto. Top with cheese and bake for 6-7 minutes at 250 degrees C.
  5. Top baked pizza with baby greens, prosciutto roses and star-shaped bell peppers. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
