Being born in Chengdu, I spent my formative years learning the ins and outs of this complex cuisine in my grandfather's kitchen. After moving to Memphis, TN when I was 10, I discovered southern BBQ and soul food. I found that similar to Sichuan cuisine, Southern food is about family, history, and the food that brings us together.

Currently based in Los Angeles, I continue to be inspired by the ever evolving food scene of this diverse city that highlights the best of cuisines throughout the world. My dinners will feature dishes inspired by my culinary journey. I'm excited to take the adventurous palates of LA food lovers on that same journey through a tasting menus across cultures, traditions, and various mouth-numbing peppercorns.
