A 7ish-course Filipino tasting menu inspired and paired with filipino literature (NOLI Me Tangere and El FILIbusterismo) by Yana Gilbuena (SALO SERIES) and MIguel Reyes (LAKAY), harana (traditional courtship serenades) by Nikki Bonsol and Filipino Mini Zine with featured artist Kristian Kabuay anf excerpts from the novels by Dr. Jose Rizal.

Famous in DR. Rizal's Novel: Noli Me Tangere, where Tsokolate-eh is the rich and creamy chocolate drink served only to the spaniards and ilustrados and Tsokolate-ah is the watered down version, served to the common folk.
