A 6-course tasting menu of dishes inspired by the NOLI ME TANGERE, the subversive political novel by Dr. Jose Rizal, the Philippines' national hero, and mashed up with Eats by E's "DAGAT" menu, inspired by his filipino and hawaiian heritage.
This menu is paired with excerpts from the novel and accompanied with traditional Harana (serenades) by Nicole Bonsol of Kin (www.listentokin.com)
The dinner will feature a mini zine with art from Kristian Kabuay (www.baybayinart.com)
Excerpts will be read by the chef as the courses are served.
