Roland Calupe of the Milagros Project , Ellie Tiglao of Pamangan and I are teaming up to bring you a filipino dinner featuring dishes from different provinces in the philippines.
This will be 5-course plated Kamayan style dinner (eating with hands on banana leaves each course) with an intermezzo.
