Yuki, of Japanese ancestry, was born in Peru and grew up between Lima and Arequipa. He started his professional career in Tokyo, Japan, where he studied and lived for 3 years in the early 90’s, absorbing old-school oriental techniques from the various places he worked at.

The knowledge gained during this period abroad coupled with his heritage is shown to his guests through his culinary creations. The ability to offer a modern Peruvian fare paired with regional Peruvian dishes (from Arequipa), and Nikkei cuisine (Peruvian/Japanese fusion), is what makes Yuki exceptional in his field.
