The secret is baking them HOT & FRESH right in front of our customers so you're all getting the best possible bagel eating experience. The chocolate babka - an enigma of a pastry. Sweet brioche-like dough gets rolled out and filled with a dark chocolate spread and chopped pecans then twisted and tied into a loaf to form one of the greatest sweet breads every created. We brush on an awesome sweet glaze to finish it off before serving. Add a dollop of whipped cream if you're feelin saucy.

A real deli staple and we don't take that lightly. It's mayo-y, tangy and sweet in all the right ways. We don't play around with this formula much. Just the right amount of crunch to top your tuna or chicken salad or just eat as a side.
