This class will talk about turning the ordinary into sublime with pork, fat, salt, and spices! Come to class empty handed and we will guide you all the the way from beginning to end. We will be teaching you how to make your very own handmade sausages. This will be a hands-on class so expect lots of action: cutting up a pork shoulders, grinding meat, then mixing and stuffing your very own sausages into links to take home and eat! There will be meaty treats at the beginning of class followed by sausage sandwiches for dinner.
